Terms of Service

The service

JDMatcher provides resume building, AI-powered resume tailoring, job-description matching, cover letter generation, and PDF export. AI features consume credits or require an active subscription.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or violate these terms.

Credits and surveys

Free accounts earn credits by completing surveys provided by CPX Research. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be reversed if a survey completion is later detected as fraudulent by the survey provider.

Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• The 7-day trial is a one-time paid trial that converts to a monthly subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• You can cancel anytime from Account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to provide the service — including sending document text to our AI model provider to generate results. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it for advertising.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk generation, reselling, attempting to bypass credit or rate limits, or uploading unlawful content.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review all generated material before using it in a job application. We make no guarantee about employment outcomes.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms with notice where practicable.
